Deployed Service Members

  • Give our heroes the chance to read their children a bedtime story.

  • Send our service members a much-needed taste of home.

  • Help welcome home a hero when they return from the frontlines.

  • Help keep our service members connected to home and family.

  • Bring a loved one's voice to service members around the world.

  • Add a book to the shelves of USO libraries around the world.

  • Provide service members with new movies to watch and relax with.

  • Bring holiday cheer to service members around the world.

  • Be "instrumental" in the troops being able to keep on rockin' the free world by adding guitars, drums and more, so they can get their bands together.

  • Send service members everything they'll need on the frontlines.

  • Give our troops board games for a fun and relaxing game night.

  • For service members, "home" for the holidays can mean a military base or even a dash shelter. And for service members stationed overseas, holiday dinners with their friends and family are not an option. This is why the USO offers homecooked meals to service members on Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and other major holidays. Just one meal can make all the difference by providing our men and women in uniform with a connection to home when they need it most.
